After 6 p.m. weekdays, on Saturday p.m. and Sundays, an additional £5 is added to the fee.
If we do not have a direct payment arrangement with your insurance company, we ask you to pay at each visit and then put in a claim with your insurance company.
We accept credit/debit cards cash and cheques. Please note that a charge is made for missed appointments or cancellation without 24 hours’ notice.

Private Medical Insurance
Some private medical insurance policies will cover the cost of acupuncture and have varying acupuncture qualification requirements. Janine Jones is an accredited member of the Association of Acupuncture Chartered Physiotherapists and of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. As a physiotherapist, she is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.
To find out about the conditions of your medical insurance company covers the cost of acupuncture, please contact your insurance company. In most instances you are required to obtain prior permission for treatment from your GP or consultant and in most cases the doctors are pleased to give their consent.
If claiming through a health insurance scheme, please note that the contract is between the patient and acupuncturist, and not with the insurance company.
